Overview:
Little Achievers EI recently hosted a comprehensive professional development workshop focused on ABA-Based Strategies in Early Intervention: Teaching Methods, Reinforcement, and Data Collection. This 2-hour virtual session brought together providers from across our agency for an evening of meaningful learning, collaboration, and skill-building.
Throughout the training, participants explored evidence-based teaching practices used in ABA, including strategies for individualized instruction, effective reinforcement systems, and practical approaches to collecting, analyzing, and applying data in daily sessions. The workshop emphasized real-world application, offering examples, clarifications, and opportunities for reflection to help providers strengthen their clinical decision-making and maintain consistency across cases.
Attendees received 2 Continuing Education Hours, which count toward the annual Early Intervention requirement of 10 hours. The training offered valuable tools to enhance service quality, ensure compliance, and support positive outcomes for the children and families we serve.
We extend our appreciation to everyone who participated. Your engagement and commitment to professional growth continue to elevate the standard of Early Intervention services at Little Achievers EI. We look forward to offering more learning opportunities throughout the year.
